How we handle your information

Stellar Mods collects the minimum needed to quote and fit your car, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you build a quote we record your car, chosen parts and finish. If you choose to add them, we also record your name, phone number and preferred fitting day. Nothing else — no accounts, no tracking cookies, no data sold or shared with third parties.

Why we collect it

Solely to prepare your quote, arrange your fitting, and follow up on your enquiry. Basic anonymous counters (page visits, builder steps) help us improve the site; they contain no personal information.

Where it lives & how long

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider (Vercel) and are deleted once no longer needed for your quote or booking. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll sort it out.
